How much does event filming cost?
The price depends on the number of cameras, the length of the event and the edit you need. Everything is listed in the written quote.
We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the quoted price.

What event organisers usually ask
How many cameras do you use?
It depends on the event. Two are often enough for a lecture; a conference with a panel and audience needs three or more. We suggest the camera setup in the quote.
How far ahead should we book?
For conferences and celebrations in the busy season, October to December, we recommend two to four weeks ahead. For smaller events we can often manage at shorter notice — get in touch and we’ll check.
When do we get the video?
The delivery date is written in the quote. The highlight video is usually ready before the full recording, so you can publish it while the event is still news.
Do you film outside Belgrade?
Yes — across Serbia and in the region. We have also filmed conferences abroad, for example in Dubrovnik.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Quotes, planning, communication on set and delivery can all be in English, and we invoice foreign companies.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice, in euros, with the payment terms and delivery date stated in the quote. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
