When should we book?
As soon as your National Day and key dates are known. Pavilion interiors must be finished by 31 March 2027, and that is a good moment to have your content plan and crew confirmed.
Can we get photos on the same day?
Yes. A photo selection arrives while the programme is still running, ready for your press office and social media.
Can you work with our PR agency or pavilion organiser?
Yes. We follow their brief, schedule and brand guidelines and deliver the files where they need them.
Can you fly a drone at the Expo site?
Only where flights are permitted. We check this before planning any aerial shots; Belgrade from the air can always be filmed at permitted locations.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice, in euros. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
